We are now taking Area Talent applications for the 53rd Annual Telethon of Stars on November 14 & 15, 2009 at the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center in Paducah, KY. Just Right Click here and down load the form. In order to be considered, you must fill out the form and submit it with the proper information listed on the form. All Talent Forms must in received no later than September 1st, 2009.
